Refund Policy for Online Courses

At ESG Professional Development, it is important that you are satisfied – to this end, we offer a 6 day Money Back Guarantee on all online courses. If you have made a purchase of an online course and are not satisfied, provided you are eligible to receive a refund, we will refund your purchase in full. To be eligible to receive a refund, you must:

1/ Have requested a refund using the form or contact email address within 6 days of purchase. Please note that you must request the refund before your original time of purchase on the 6th day. We will check purchase times against refund request times to confirm eligibility.

2/ Have consumed at least 25% of video course materials before requesting a refund (i.e. if a course has 12 videos, you need to have completed at least 3). We ask for this eligibility requirement to demonstrate that you have tried at least part of the course in order to make the assessment that you are not satisfied with the material. You are able to see what video modules you have completed in your course admin area and your course progress is clearly displayed. We are able to track the course progress of all students and will check your course progress at the time you request a refund to confirm eligibility.

3/ Have not previously received a refund from us for a purchase. We will check whether you have made previously refunded purchases and reserve the right to flag suspicious behaviour to payment gateways if/where required.

If you choose to request a refund, we’d be really grateful if you left some feedback about what we can improve or add to make the course better, though this is not a precondition for refund eligibility and is entirely optional.
